Contract

A new, healthy and future-oriented comprehensive secondary school, including two fully kitted-out sports halls, has been built in the new De Groote Wielen housing estate in Rosmalen. WSi Techniek was the electrical contractor involved in this project. For the electrical installations, they relied on Wieland’s pluggable electrical installation solutions.

Faster installation

Energy-efficient LED lighting with intelligent lighting circuits was chosen throughout the building. To increase installation speed and minimise failure costs, a fully pluggable electrical installation was chosen, which included B.E.G. motion and presence sensors. This approach allowed up to 70% faster installation.

Simple and Quick

All sensors were delivered to the project ready-to-use, clearly coded and included two Wieland connectors. This allowed the technicians on site to easily insert the sensors through the hole in the ceiling and link them directly to the power supply and control system. Connection errors were avoided by using different connectors for power and control. Split deliveries per floor were chosen for the project, which meant WSi Techniek did not have all the cords on the construction site at the same time.
