The 100% connectivity of Hotel The Florian in cooperation with Conntech and Kersten Retail.

 

Fewer travel and transport movements 

For this project, the switchgear was prefabricated and boxes were assembled that went to the hotel rooms as a complete kit. Due to designing these pluggable electrical installations and assembling the kits for the construction site, fewer travel movements were made. This made it possible to assemble 150 rooms with just two technicians. It has also reduced transport movements and contributed to a more sustainable installation.

Challenge

The biggest challenge for this project was to achieve fast delivery times. These were achieved through close cooperation between Conntech, Kersten Retail and Isolectra.
