The Bio Science Park in Leiden will be expanded with a new multi-tenant building – Plus Ultra Leiden. JWR Elektrotechniek is taking care of all electrotechnical installations, from design to realisation. Due to the short lead time of the project, they chose the Wieland pluggable electrical installations by Isolectra.  
 

The best and most cost-effective solution

Plus Ultra Leiden is JWR’s first major pluggable electrical project, so JWR consulted Isolectra at an early stage. By working together at an early stage, they achieved the best and most cost-effective solution. Based on the installation drawings provided by JWR, a joint design was made for the pluggable electrical lighting.

Minimal unresolved issues 

The pluggable electrical installations ensure optimum flexibility. A basic layout with one sensor and six DALI fixtures was chosen. When room layouts change, these master/slave arrangements are easily adapted and expanded. Thanks to the smooth installation and programming, which revealed hardly any unresolved issues, the next big projects are already planned.
