Successful new introduction to plug and play in installation

Modernization and sustainability upgrades the Mennorode Estate in Elspeet.

Ponsioen Installatie Techniek was contracted to modernize and make Landgoed Mennorode more sustainable on the path to a gas-free future. Ponsioen Installatie Techniek had to renew all electrical and mechanical installations. For the electrical installations, they used Wieland plug-in wiring systems from Isolectra.

Faster and error-free

Ponsioen Installatie Techniek renewed the electrical, water and central heating installations, prepared for centralized heating and cooling with heat pumps, and replaced high-temperature central heating with low-temperature heating for significant energy savings. Because the rooms are repetitive, plug-in electrical solutions were chosen (from supply cable to sockets/outlets, lighting and switching devices) for fast and error-free installation.

Optimal support

Isolectra supported Ponsioen during the quotation phase, the plug-in design and the deliveries. As an initial introduction to Wieland, Isolectra provided the engineering and converted the conventional drawings into a plug-in concept with a complete bill of materials and cable lengths. At the start, Isolectra guided Ponsioen with the first room with practical tips, after which the remaining 21 rooms were installed smoothly. For the next phases, Ponsioen is again choosing Wieland, with kit-per-room delivery for extra installation speed.
