Hacar, an electrical installation company for housing associations, property managers and homeowners' associations, was commissioned to install flexible and efficient EV charging stations in residential parking garages. Hacar is pleased to work with Isolectra's Wieland podis® flat cables for this purpose.

Fast installation, high flexibility

Isolectra’s decentralized and waterproof Wieland podis^® flat cable system allows up to twenty chargers to be connected to a single circuit. The plug & play system enables installations to be completed up to 66% faster than conventional methods, with cost savings of up to 30%. Expansions can be carried out up to 88% faster, keeping disruption for residents to a minimum.

Dynamic load balancing

The dynamic load balancing function ensures that the charging current is automatically adjusted to the available capacity. This means that the EV infrastructure is never overloaded, even when multiple chargers are connected. The infrastructure can easily be linked to sustainable energy sources such as solar panels or battery storage, which further reduces the pressure on the grid.
