Isolectra Pluggable Installation

BIM is an increasingly common concept in the installation sector. But what does this mean exactly? A Building Information Model is a digital representation of a building. A BIM contains all kinds of data that are relevant to a building. All partners in construction work together to design, build and maintain a building integrally and virtually. Working with BIM is a way to save time, reduce failure costs, plan maintenance more efficiently and gain greater insight into the various phases of a project.

Because of the increasingly prominent role of BIM in the everyday construction of buildings and structures, Wieland has created a portal to directly download the required 3D models.
A plug-in catalogue is actually available for Revit. The information is available in different Levels of Detail (LOD) to keep Revit files manageable.
