We have once again obtained a three-year certification in accordance with the ISO9001:2015 standard - and we are very proud of it!

What is the purpose of ISO9001:2015?
ISO:9001 is the most important standard for quality management. During the certification process, the general operational processes within the entire organisation are evaluated. The ISO processes we set up to further improve our quality management are designed to help us provide the best possible quality of service to our clients. Among other things, we examine our client satisfaction because we want to do everything we can to meet our clients’ needs.

Annual audits
Every year, we are audited by external organisations to assess whether we still meet the various applicable standards. We receive a clear report that specifies the areas in which we perform well and those where there is still room for improvement. With this information, we can continue to improve our quality and our organisation as a whole.

Besides EBN Certification B.V. and auditor Alexander de Vendt, we also want to thank our staff. Their dedication and clarification helped make this audit a success!
