Nominated organisations client and employee experience awards 2023 announced

Awards for organisations that bring out the best in their clients and employees
This year, the organisations that offer the best client and employee experience once again have a chance to win a wonderful award. On 1 June, research and consultancy agency Integron will be giving out the Experience Awards for the thirteenth time. This year's award ceremony - held amid the greenery of Buitenplaats in Vlaardingen - is special. The event celebrates Integron's thirtieth anniversary and will offer a festival atmosphere with a unique and inspirational line-up. In total, forty-three organisations are nominated across sixteen categories. In 2022, De Kempel University of Applied Sciences and Progress each took home two awards.

How well do organisations perform on the satisfaction and enthusiasm scale? Why do clients and employees recommend the organisations to others? During the annual award ceremony for the Experience Awards - which has become the number-one client, employee and inspiration event - these aspects are highlighted. For many organisations, this is reason to invest even more heavily in the satisfaction of their clients and employees. In recent years, more than three hundred organisations have been nominated and one hundred winners took to the stage. This year - in celebration of Integron's thirtieth anniversary - the Experience Awards will be even more festive than usual. Besides celebrating, attendees can also engage in in-depth discussions and interact with each other during the event. For example, keynote speaker Richard de Hoop will talk about successful collaboration, dealing with change, developing resilience and becoming future-proof. There will also be various interactive sessions, the Friends of Integronwill be there - including Team Heartbeats from Niek van den Adel and FeikeCats - and leading organisations in the field of client and employee experience will talk about their successes. Among others, ALK and 1nergiek will take to the “toppers” podium.

Nominees for the Client Experience Awards 2023
The Client Experience Awards are divided into seven categories. The nominations are the result of two hundred client surveys conducted by Integron in 2022 and are based on the highest average client satisfaction score and the highest Net Promoter Score (NPS), which indicates the likelihood that clients will recommend a company to others. The organisation with the highest NPS will be rewarded as well.

The Employee Experience Awards are divided into nine categories. The nominations are the result of 180 employee satisfaction surveys conducted by Integron in 2022 and are based on the highest average employee satisfaction score and the highest employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS), which indicates the likelihood that employees will recommend a company to others. As before, the organisation with the highest eNPS will be rewarded as well.
