Isolectra customers are very satisfied with our services
In November 2021, we asked our customers to rate our service through a customer satisfaction survey.
This survey provides insight into how satisfied customers are, whether we are meeting expectations, and where opportunities for improvement lie in the future. Research firm Integron conducted this study.
Our customers rate us at 8.1 out of 10. We are proud of this score - but there is also room for improvement in a number of areas. We are pleased with the feedback, as it gives us tools to continue to optimise our service.
Isolectra is strongly perceived as an organisation that is customer oriented, acts with integrity and respect, as stated by more than 87% of our customers. Knowledge and quality are of paramount importance to us and this is reflected in the response. This is one of the reasons why our customers would recommend us to their business associates. Customer service provided by the technical department and account manager scored a round 9. A very good score – proud of our team.
Of course, there is also room for improvement in a number of areas. There is potential for improvement in terms of logistics, speed of complaint handling and price/quality ratio. We will review these processes and improve these where possible. We will keep our customers informed accordingly and evaluate it in the interim.
