Isolectra as exclusive importer
On 2 July 1973, Mr. De Joode and Mr. Wieland signed a contract making Isolectra the exclusive representative of Wieland-Electric GmbH in the Netherlands, the beginning of a still close and intensive cooperation. In fact, on 2 July 2023, we celebrated 50 years of cooperation!

Innovative cooperation
As the market for pluggable installation in the Netherlands is far ahead of the rest of the world, many innovations in the field of pluggable installation are first marketed in the Netherlands by Isolectra, and often even developed together. Great examples of this are ‘pluggable installation in concrete’ and ‘circular installation’. For pluggable installation in concrete, Wieland and Isolectra have jointly developed and certified a complete system of pluggable installation products that can be directly cast into concrete structures. Latest developments
A whole new market for pluggable installations is being tapped with the innovative Wieland Podis flat cable system for EV charging infrastructure.
